GIVING TUESDAY

Walltown Neighborhood Ministries' mission is to seek to engage and empower the residents of Walltown to create a community where every person can achieve economic, physical and spiritual well-

being. Our food pantry program serves close to 200 meals monthly. We thank all those who have generously donated. Our Giving Tuesday goal is to raise $3000 to restock our food pantry and continue to serve these families into the new year.

"Naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ate came unto me."

-Matthew 25:35-36 (KJV)

SERVING THE HOMELESS

Homeless individuals are provided with non-perishable food items, personal hygiene items, personal projective equipment for COVID and clothing (socks, hats, gloves).

If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,  And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?  Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

-James 2:15-17 (KJV)

STREET REACH

Street Reach is an annual event to strengthen the relationship between the community and the partnering churches. Summer block parties in the community provide an opportunity for fellowship and intergenerational story telling.

Behold, how a good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. -Psalm 131:1 (KJV)
